Try before you buy
Do download and install the software before you buy a licence. This will enable you to verify that it works on your machine and that it is likely to meet your needs. See Download.
Buy
Your licence is based on your email address (the one that Outlook treats as the default). Enter your company name, if appropriate, and your email address, then click the PayPal Buy Now button. You will then be able to specify how many you want (if you want more than one).
